Why Tree Shadow Press

When we made the decision to dive into the exciting world of publishing we wanted to be sure that we had the right name. Without trees, we would have no paper. Without paper, there cannot be printed books. But mostly we thought about where is the best place to enjoy a good book? In the shadow (shade) of a tree, of course.

Trees are an important part of our world and our lives. We cannot live without them. Truly. They create the air we breath. We need to protect the trees, but we also need to use them. They are a renewable resource and play a vital role in the circle of life.
